Cancellation Policy

What is Ugears India's Cancellation Policy?

An order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You can send your cancellation request at “ugearsinfo@ugearsmodels.in” with order & contact details. Once a cancellation request is accepted, any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, but only through our Customer Care Services. You can shoot an email to ugearsinfo@ugearsmodels.in. Please note that the changes can be made only before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

All the payments made using Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallets are refunded to the source account in 10-15 business days from the date of order cancellation request.

RETURNS

You can return or exchange your item within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day the Item is accepted, which will be verified by the Customer’s signature on the delivery note or other relevant document confirming the handover of the Item from the Supplier to the Customer.

Only items having no signs of usage, with original undamaged packaging are eligible for return or exchange. You can exchange your unwanted Item for one at the same price or lower.

In order to initiate the return or exchange of the Item you need to provide the payment verification document that confirms that the Item was purchased in the ugearsmodels.in online shop.

The Item return procedure will begin with your electronic request for return or exchange of the Item submitted onugearsinfo@ugearsmodels.in. Our manager will verify your return request and will get back in touch with you by e-mail or other electronic contact to discuss the details and confirm the request for Item return/exchange.

The shipping expenses for the Item returned by the Customer to the Supplier are payable by the Customer. The amount paid for the returned Item will be repaid to the Customer’s account within 10 (ten) banking days from the date the Supplier will have received the returned Item. Please take note that payments, made in cash to the courier will be repaid to the Customer’s bank account.

 

Refund & Returned Policy not applicable on discounted Items.

RETURN PROCESS

We will inspect your returned item and make a decision about return/refund eligibility within 2-4 business days after receiving the Item.

Once an item is accepted for return, UGEARS INDIA will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 15 days.

Once an order return processing started, it can be cancelled within 1 business day from the date of initial processing. After that time, an order can’t be cancelled. However, it still may be returned within a 30-day return period for refund, credit, or exchange.

Please, keep in mind that UGEARS INDIA is not responsible for the loss/damage of shipped items during the return process.

We appreciate your suggestions and are grateful for feedback. Your opinion matters when we are reviewing our existing models and are in a process of developing new ones.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

We will notify you when we receive your returned item. Please allow 2-4 business days as we inspect returned item and make a decision whether or not an item is eligible for a full refund/replacement.

Upon approval you refund will be issued and reimbursed to the original method of payment. Refunds and exchanges do not include packaging or shipping costs.

DELAYED/MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If your refund has not been issued within the indicated number of days, please check your payment account. If the refund has not been applied to your payment account contact your bank as it may take additional time for your refund to reflect on your account. There is often a processing delay before refunds are posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items are eligible for replacement/refund.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

The only items eligible for replacement/refund are the ones that were received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective/damaged item, contact us via the e-mail: ugearsinfo@ugearsmodels.in

We review your claim and notify you whether or not your item is eligible for replacement. You then should mail your item back to us along with an original receipt/proof of purchase to:

Customers are responsible for all packaging and shipping costs.

GIFT PURCHASES

When a turned item was purchased by a 3rd party and processed as a “gift” at a checkout and shipped to your address, we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the original purchase price of this item after you return is processed.

Gift purchases that were shipped to buyer’s address directly will be issued a refund in buyer’s name and shipped to the buyer’s mailing address on file.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS

Our customers are responsible for paying all shipping and packaging costs for the returned items. We will deduct shipping and handling costs from the amount or your refund.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen items. For shipments, we recommend choosing a tracking/certified shipping method or to purchase a shipping insurance.

REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE/BROKEN PART

We work to ensure that the assembly of our models brings the highest level of satisfaction and joy to our customers. If in the process of an assembly of our models a certain detail sustained unintentional damage, we’ll be glad to replace it for you.

QUALITY GUARANTEE & REPLACEMENT 

Please, be informed that in the case of one or several details being damaged in the process of assembly, we will be happy to post the replacement details for you free of charge. All you need to do is to provide photos of the damaged/broken detail or its part’s number as well as the address you want your replacement detail to be delivered to.

 

The replacement spare details are delivered directly from our production facilities (9 Pryozerna str., Horenka town, Kyivo-Svyatoshynsky district, Ukraine, 08105) to the address you provide. The shipping term is 3-4 weeks depending on the region of delivery.
